Tallylane sits inside your platform. Agents read the records, prepare the next step and wait for the people who own the decision.
Embed the workspace in your platform through the API, under your brand.
Choose roles, reviewers and what each agent is allowed to prepare.
Every proposal arrives with its evidence. A person approves the action.
One financial thread
Your businesses shouldn’t have to piece the work together. Start with a question. See the evidence behind the answer.

A person in every loop
Clarity is a feature.
AI should make financial work easier to understand. Important decisions need context, evidence and a person in control.
Keep invoice totals, allocated payments and outstanding balances distinct. Every figure should lead back to its source.
Show the proposed next step, why it matters and who needs to review it. Give people the information to decide.
Business owners, bookkeepers and partner teams need different access. Business boundaries belong in every workflow.

A few useful answers.
Tallylane is being built for small businesses and the platforms that serve them. Embedded distribution is the starting point; a standalone workspace can use the same financial core.
You can explore the workspace design preview with synthetic invoices, payment balances and reminder review. It does not connect your business data, send messages or move money.
The design starts with suggestions and human review. Future actions will require explicit permissions, policy checks and an auditable approval flow.
We are preparing the test integrations. Seeing a provider name here does not mean a live customer integration is available. Payment ownership and the Xero commercial model remain open product decisions.
